Onsilio is a platform for focused tools across multiple categories. Reach us at support@evyntra.com for any privacy question.

The files you upload, the outputs we generate, the technical request data needed to run the service, and — only if you ask for a result link — the email address you provide.

Basic operational logs (timestamps, job IDs, browser metadata, error info) may also be recorded.

To process your request, return or email the result, keep the service running, and investigate failures or abuse.

We do not use your uploads or email address to build marketing profiles.

Uploads, generated outputs, and related delivery data are deleted automatically after about an hour.

Operational logs may stay longer when needed for security, debugging, or legal reasons.

Onsilio relies on infrastructure providers to host the app, store files, run jobs, and send transactional email.

DigitalOcean: hosting and file storage, in the London (United Kingdom) region.

Postmark: email delivery, only when you ask for a result by email.

Plausible: cookieless analytics, with no personal identifiers.

Google Analytics: usage statistics. Until you accept analytics cookies it runs in consent mode and receives only cookieless, aggregated pings; after you accept it may set _ga cookies. Change this anytime from “Analytics settings” in the footer.

fal.ai: AI image processing, only for the AI tools and only while those tools are enabled.

Stripe: payments, only in paid modes. It is not used in the current free launch.

One cookie: onsilio_subject_id. It is httpOnly, expires after 7 days, and only links a result to the browser that asked for it, so it is strictly necessary and does not need consent.

_ga cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after you accept; your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. We set no advertising cookies.

Your data is processed in the United Kingdom (London), which the EU recognises as offering an adequate level of protection. Individual providers, such as Postmark, may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.

We don't sell your personal data.

We don't use your uploads to train public AI models.

We don't add you to a newsletter for asking us to email a result link.
